Meet Robin V.

I've never believed a photograph is just a photograph.

Every session marks a moment that will never exist again. It may represent a dream finally realized, a business built through years of sacrifice, a season of growth, or a legacy someone is creating for the people who come after them. Those are the moments that matter to me. Those are the stories I've devoted my career to preserving.

My story began in Baltimore, Maryland, where I grew up alongside my twin sister. Sharing such a unique bond taught me the value of connection, but it also inspired me to discover who I was as an individual. I've always been drawn to beauty, creativity, exploration, and new experiences. Long before I knew where life would take me, I knew I wanted to create something meaningful.

That curiosity led me to South Florida with just $900 in my pocket and a determination to build a life on my own terms.

I began my career in the entertainment industry as a model, appearing in music videos, editorial projects, and commercial productions. At the same time, I worked as a professional makeup artist with M·A·C Cosmetics, a career that not only supported me but gave me an invaluable education in beauty, production, collaboration, and the art of helping people feel confident. Together, those experiences allowed me to understand the creative process from multiple perspectives and introduced me to relationships that continue to shape my career today.

Motherhood changed everything.

When my son, Carys, was born, life slowed down in a way I never expected. During my pregnancy, I was placed on bed rest months before his arrival. Like so many mothers, I found myself wanting to preserve every moment I could. What began as photographing my son soon became photographing families, then women, entrepreneurs, artists, and brands. I didn't realize it then, but those first images marked the beginning of a career that would change my life.

For more than fifteen years, I've worked as a photographer, visual storyteller, creative director, and producer. Along the way, I've directed music videos, contributed to publications, led editorial productions, collaborated with artists, entrepreneurs, executives, and public figures, and helped brands tell their stories through compelling visual experiences.

Every chapter expanded the way I tell stories.

As my vision continued to grow, so did the spaces I wanted to create for others.

I founded C-N-BELIEVE Studio, a creative space designed for photographers, entrepreneurs, and artists to bring their ideas to life. The name itself carries my heart—it's inspired by my children, Carys and Believe, whose lives have shaped so much of my own journey and continue to remind me why meaningful work matters.

That same passion for connection led me to create Women's Premier Networking, a community where ambitious women gather to build authentic relationships, exchange ideas, and support one another's growth.

In 2026, that journey reached another defining chapter with the launch of Thrive Queen Magazine.

For many people, it may seem like a new venture. For me, it was the natural evolution of everything that came before it.

After years of experiencing the creative industry as a model, makeup artist, photographer, producer, and creative director, I wanted to create a publication that celebrates women who are building extraordinary lives, businesses, and legacies. A place where beautiful imagery and meaningful stories exist together. A platform that reminds women they deserve to be seen—not just for what they've overcome, but for everything they're becoming.

Today, my work spans photography, publishing, creative direction, speaking, mentorship, and media. While those roles may appear different, they're all rooted in the same purpose: helping people tell their stories with excellence, authenticity, and impact.

Whether we're creating together during a portrait session, producing an editorial campaign, sharing someone's journey through the pages of Thrive Queen Magazine, or connecting through one of my speaking engagements, my hope is always the same—that people leave feeling seen, inspired, and empowered to embrace the next chapter of their own story.

Because beautiful images may capture attention.

But it's the story behind them that changes how we remember them.
